I was invited by Andover to create a quilt out of their newly released fabrics inspired by Little House on the Prairie for their booth display at Quilt Market in October 2015. Such an honor! The quilt is made up of a collection of blocks from my book Quilting with Laura: Patterns Inspired by Laura Ingalls Wilder's Little House on the Prairie books.
While Quilting with Laura focuses on hand piecing techinques such as the ones Laura used, I adapted the patterns for this quilt for today's machine piecer.
Response to the quilt has been so great that I have written a pattern for this specific quilt called Little House Sampler. It can be ordered on the Ordering segment of this website.
